At a 3% loading level, CERANOVUS PN20 increases the melt flow of recycled HDPE resin, reducing the extruder amperage by 25% and expanding production output by 30% .

Polypropylene Compounds

Enhance Operational Efficiency and Strength with CERANOVUS® PN55.

The addition of 2% CERANOVUS PN55 improved the operational efficiency during the manufacturing of polypropylene compounds, as demonstrated by significant decreases in the extruder load and back pressure.

Polyethylene Compounds

At 4% loading, CERANOVUS PN15 reduces the melt fracture, and improves the processing in extrusion and injection molding operations, boosting the properties of polymer formulations with up to 50% recycled content without sacrificing performance.
